In a nutshell: an account manager with digital advertising tricks up your sleeve. Working predominantly on digital marketing you’ll take point on multiple projects, for varied clients. You’ll be analysing data on the reg for the purpose of delivering effective digital strategies. Ideally you’ll be a gun when it comes to not only the strategy behind social, AdWords and remarketing campaigns, but also the implementation. You’ll be the go-to guy/girl for targeting audience online.
As part of an agile, fast-growing team, you’ll be in constant communication with the crew and your clients. Like most other account management roles, you’ll report on client work regularly, work autonomously as well as on ad-hoc tasks as directed.
You’ll be bringing great value to the business with proven digital skill sets. We can’t stress this enough – we want a digital ad maven, not just a great personality. It’s not all just drinking Stone & Wood and sharing memes – though that will be a defining element of your Fridays.
Don’t worry though, you’ll also get to flex your creative muscle, contributing to content, design and development of internal projects.

You’ll play a leading role in growing the agency and developing client strategy.
Minimum 4 years in digital marketing, project management and/or account management
Proven experience and outcomes with Hubspot, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics etc.
The ability to make well informed strategic decisions
and manage end-to-end
Interpret digital data and analytics to create digital strategies
Ability to think creatively & bring innovative solutions to digital marketing challenges
Exceptional communication, organizational and writing skills
Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment.

A Degree (or other tertiary qualification) in business – marketing or communications earns extra brownie points.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets and communicate with internal/external teams, clients and vendors regarding project deliverables and details.
