An experienced professional in people delegating, office management, operations, business processes, calendar management & scheduling. The purpose is to assist the team and managing director with daily operations of the agency to ensure internal and external projects are in order, on time and within budget. Ideal role for someone who has multitasking abilities, problem solving abilities and can work within a team environment as well as autonomously.
In a nutshell: you’ll have experience managing operations, people and resources in an office or studio environment. As part of the role, you’ll be working on both internal and external activities.
Internal projects & activities include working with project managers on planning, research, scheduling and measuring results of projects and retained accounts. Assist with account management by sending budget reminders, invoicing accounts, compiling financial reports and being the first point of contact for suppliers & contractors. Using project management software and tools to identify and interpret business performance, working closely with the managing director on improving the business overall.
External projects & activities include management of ad hoc projects and being able to fill the shoes of a project manager whilst others are absent or on leave. Assist with creating content, including image sourcing, copywriting and social media management. Be a first point of contact for clients and communicate via phone, email and other messaging software where necessary. Working closely with the creative designers, web developers, suppliers, contractors, etc, from beginning to end of projects. Opportunities to work with national and international businesses.

2+ years’ experience managing an office or studio
Understand the agility of agency environments
Must be able to multitask and manage priorities
Ability to problem solve autonomously
People management experience is a plus

Ambitious, easy to work with, have a good sense of humor, and positive attitude
A degree/certification in Business, Marketing, Creative Industries and/or equivalent
Experience working as a PA
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets and communicate with internal/external teams, clients and vendors regarding project deliverables and details.
